I have more than 25 years of experience in international companies as well as in the business field. I’ve held various positions from business consultant, sales consultant, PR manager to Project and Program Manager of various project sizes and areas. I’ve managed and managing projects both on the customer's side and on the supplier's side in the banking, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, financial or consulting segments.

I focus and provide services in the field of performance coaching and mentoring of individuals, project and program managers and their teams, project management, programs, change management, management of agile teams and related areas. My goal is to improve work efficiency and increase performance in the area and focus that we set. I am happy to contribute to your success through coaching and mentoring and to usefully lead to the change they desire.

I offer coaching, mentoring and relaxation hypnosis mainly in Prague (in our premises), or by agreement (eg on a project), in Czech or English. I also provide coaching and mentoring via Skype, Zoom or phone.
