Service Description

The basic parameters: ⏱ min. slot 30 min per session ⏲ total 300 minutes & during 📆 3 months 🧠 coaching: Knowledge, Skills, Personal, Result, Development Knowledge coaching: The purpose is to provide clients with knowledge and skills in specific areas. This type of coaching is the simplest because the client knows which areas need improvement. Knowledge coaching can either focus on technical work and disciplines necessary for project implementation or on challenges related to project administration and management. Typical areas include setting up a project charter, planning, goals, risks, issues, communication, agility, Kanban, or Scrum. Skills coaching: This focuses on specific skill development needs. The purpose of this type of coaching is not to increase the knowledge level of the project manager or team leader but to change their leadership behavior. Typical skills I address include the project manager’s ability to give praise, provide critical evaluations, give feedback, delegate, resolve conflicts, manage performance, lead meetings, and make demands of project team members. As a project coach, I contribute to preparing a skills development plan. Personal coaching: This is similar to life coaching. The goal is to help the project manager find solutions to their personal challenges. This type of coaching goes beyond leadership behavior coaching. Here, I focus on how the project manager and other team members think. This involves attitudes, feelings, self-confidence, self-esteem, trust in one’s abilities, stress tolerance, the need to assert oneself, and the fear of failure. Results-oriented coaching: The purpose of this type of coaching is to help the project manager and team members achieve specific goals. This may include personal goals, project milestones, and final project outcomes. For the line manager, this type of coaching focuses on delivering the operational benefits of the project. Development coaching: The goal is to help the project manager or other team members acquire more interesting and challenging tasks where the individual’s experience and knowledge are fully utilized. The emphasis is often on career coaching. It is mostly life coaching with the aim of avoiding stress, burnout, and helping the individual achieve life balance. It also includes transforming the organization to become more project-oriented, willing to learn, and more flexible, impacting both the team and the organization.
